Over the years
of the ancient Inca Civilization had many emperors, it has been argued that the
most important of these emperors was Pachacuti. He took over the civilization
after the previous emperor, Urco failed to defend Inca when it was under attack
by an enemy society called Chancas. Pachacuti took it upon himself to defend
Inca and successfully battled off Chancas. After this event he became the next
in line to be the emperor. After his father died he became the new emperor. He
then went on to ask other societies to join the Incan empire. If they refused
he battled them and forced them to merge.
He expanded the empire throughout South American and the Incan society
became the largest and most powerful empire in all of South America.
